Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Soufiane Boudarraja is committed to providing a usable and inclusive experience for all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to remove accessibility barriers across our digital properties and continuously improve how users perceive, navigate, and interact with our content and services.

2. Scope

This statement applies to the websites, pages, and digital experiences operated by Soufiane Boudarraja (the "Ecosystem"), including associated brands, programs, and offerings that may be presented under different names. It also covers our downloadable digital products and, where applicable, our software applications.

The Ecosystem includes, for example, consulting and advisory services, training and speaking, digital products (including educational workbooks), print-on-demand product pages and checkout experiences, community and advocacy pages, and software-enabled services.

Where a specific service is provided under a separate contract (for example, a Data Processing Agreement or a software EULA), that agreement governs the relevant service relationship. This statement focuses on accessibility commitments and user support.

3. Standards and legal context

We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Where relevant in an EU context, we also use EN 301 549 as a reference for digital accessibility requirements.

In Germany and the EU, accessibility requirements for certain consumer-facing services are influenced by the European Accessibility Act and its national implementing laws, including Germany’s Barrierefreiheitsstaerkungsgesetz (BFSG), which applies from 28 June 2025.

Our approach is to implement accessibility best practices proportionate to the platform and content type, and to provide practical support when limitations exist.

4. What we do to support accessibility

We apply accessibility practices across design, content, and operations. Key measures include:

  • Content structure using clear headings,      meaningful link text, and logical reading order.

  • Text alternatives for non-decorative      images where context is required to understand the content.

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and      interaction patterns where the platform permits.

  • Color contrast and typography choices      intended to support readability and reduce visual strain.

  • Form usability improvements such as      labels, validation cues, and error messaging where we control the content      layer.

  • Multimedia support where feasible, such as      captions or transcripts for audio and video content; if not available, we      provide them on request when reasonable.

  • Ongoing review of new pages and updates to      reduce accessibility regressions.

5. Known limitations and constraints

We are transparent about areas where accessibility can be constrained by content type, legacy materials, or third-party systems. Known limitations may include:

  • Third-party platform components (for      example, hosted checkout, account areas, or embedded widgets) where      underlying code is controlled by the provider.

  • Downloadable fixed-layout documents (such      as print-first PDFs and worksheets) that may not fully support      screen-reader navigation or reflowable text.

  • Archived or legacy content that was      created before current accessibility practices were adopted and has not      yet been remediated.

  • User-generated content and external links      that are outside of our direct control.

If you encounter a barrier in any of the areas above, use our contact page: https://www.soufianeboudarraja.com/contact. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative or a workaround, depending on the context.

6. Feedback, support, and alternative formats

Your feedback helps us improve. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Ecosystem, tell us what page or product you were trying to use and what device, browser, and assistive technology (if any) you were using.

We can provide alternative formats when reasonable, including text-only instructions for worksheets, clarification of content, or a different delivery method for digital materials.

Contact for accessibility requests:

Contact page: https://www.soufianeboudarraja.com/contact

We aim to acknowledge accessibility-related messages within 2 business days and to propose a practical next step as quickly as possible.

7. Technical compatibility

Our websites are designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies. Accessibility can depend on your device, browser, and settings. For best results, keep your browser and assistive technology updated.

Typical environments include current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and common screen readers, screen magnifiers, and alternative input devices.

8. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new content before publication where feasible, prioritize fixes that block access to essential information or transactions, and update templates and components over time to improve consistency.

9. Updates to this statement

We may update this statement to reflect improvements, platform changes, or evolving requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

For legal entity information and postal address, refer to the Impressum / Legal Notice within the Ecosystem.
