1. Purpose and scope
This Disclaimer explains the limitations of responsibility and liability that apply when you access or use any website, service, software, content, or product provided by Soufiane Boudarraja (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
It applies across the Company’s ecosystem, including but not limited to business consulting and advisory services, training and speaking, digital products (including educational downloads), print on demand physical products, podcasts and other media content, and software tools (including the Outbound Assistant application).
2. Definitions
For clarity, the following definitions apply in this Disclaimer:

“Websites” means all websites and domains operated by the Company, including those listed in the Legal Notice (Impressum) and any successor or additional domains.
“Services” means consulting, advisory, coaching, training, speaking, and any other professional services provided by the Company.
“Digital Products” means downloadable or online-access products, including but not limited to PDFs, templates, workbooks, toolkits, and educational materials (for example the “Souf at School” collection).
“POD Products” means print on demand physical goods produced and fulfilled through third-party providers (for example apparel, mugs, accessories).
“Software” means any application, tool, script, or software product made available by the Company, including any beta or pre-release versions.
“Content” means all information made available through the Ecosystem, including text, audio, video, newsletters, posts, and any AI-assisted output.
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Ecosystem, or the legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using it.
3. Relationship to other policies and agreements
This Disclaimer is part of the Company’s policy set. Additional terms may apply depending on what you use or purchase, including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Licensing and Usage Rights Policy, Digital Product Support and Retention Policy, Technical and Printing Specifications, and any specific contract, statement of work, or end user license agreement (EULA).
If there is a conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) a signed contract or statement of work, (2) the applicable EULA or DPA if relevant, (3) the Terms and Conditions, and (4) this Disclaimer and the other site policies. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
4. No professional advice
Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract for Services, Content and Digital Products are provided for general information and educational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.
You should obtain advice from qualified professionals before making decisions based on Content or Digital Products, especially in matters involving compliance, health, child development, legal obligations, taxation, or financial decisions.
5. Disclaimer specific to consulting, advisory, training, and speaking
Where the Company provides Services, the scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and any acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable agreement. Any examples, case studies, or metrics are illustrative and may not reflect typical results.
Business outcomes depend on factors outside the Company’s control, including your inputs, data quality, decision-making speed, resourcing, implementation discipline, and third-party constraints. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Disclaimer specific to Digital Products and educational materials
Digital Products are provided as digital files or online access only. The Company does not ship physical goods for Digital Products unless explicitly stated at the point of sale.
Educational materials, including the “Souf at School” collection, are designed for learning support and enrichment. They are not a substitute for formal schooling, certified pedagogical assessment, child psychology, or medical advice.
Age ranges and skill level guidance are general indications. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision, safety, and suitability for a child’s individual needs.
6.1 Printing and device limitations
Printing outcomes vary based on paper size, printer type, driver settings, calibration, ink or toner quality, and user configuration. Colors on screen may differ from printed output. The Company is not responsible for printing or formatting issues caused by scaling, paper mismatch, or printer settings.
For best results, follow the Technical and Printing Specifications policy. Where Digital Products are optimized for a specific format (for example A4), printing to other formats (for example US Letter) may require user adjustments and can result in cutoffs or layout shifts.
6.2 Updates, corrections, and availability
Digital Products may receive corrections or minor updates. Unless explicitly stated, updates do not include major revisions or new editions. File replacement access is governed by the Digital Product Support and Retention Policy.
7. Disclaimer specific to POD Products
POD Products are produced and fulfilled by third-party providers. Manufacturing tolerances, color reproduction, sizing variance, and packaging may vary. Product images are illustrative. Minor differences between preview and delivered goods can occur.
Shipping, customs, delivery times, lost packages, and carrier disruptions may be outside the Company’s control. Returns, replacements, and refunds for POD Products are governed by the Terms and Conditions and the relevant fulfillment provider processes.
Content restrictions for POD Products are governed by the Acceptable Content Guidelines (POD). The Company may refuse or cancel orders that violate those rules or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer specific to Software and AI-supported features
Software is provided under the applicable EULA and may include beta or experimental features. Availability may change, and features may be modified, paused, or discontinued.
If the Ecosystem includes AI-assisted functionality, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You remain responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. The Company does not guarantee factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.
Security and compatibility depend on your device, operating system, configuration, and third-party dependencies. You are responsible for maintaining backups and appropriate security controls.
9. External links and third-party services
Websites and Content may reference or link to third-party websites and services (for example payment processors, fulfillment providers, analytics, scheduling tools, or embedded media). These third parties are not controlled by the Company. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual property and permitted use notice
Unless explicitly licensed, you do not acquire ownership of the Company’s intellectual property through use of the Ecosystem. Your permitted use is governed by the Licensing and Usage Rights Policy and any applicable EULA or written agreement.
If you believe that any material in the Ecosystem infringes your copyright, use the process described in the DMCA Policy or the equivalent notice process described there.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Ecosystem, Content, Digital Products, POD Products, and Software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or replacement costs arising from or related to your use of the Ecosystem.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Where you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these policies, your misuse of the Ecosystem, your unlawful conduct, or your violation of third-party rights.
13. Changes to this Disclaimer
The Company may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The updated version will be published within the Ecosystem with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Ecosystem after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
