1. Introduction

Soufiane Boudarraja and the Boudarraja family respect the intellectual property and personal rights of others and are committed to handling all archive materials with care and integrity.

This Legacy Archives Policy explains how we handle images, videos, and related media that appear on our Websites in connection with the Kaoutar Boudarraja Legacy Archive (the "Archive"). It is intended to reduce legal and reputational risk while preserving an accurate and respectful record of the life and work of Kaoutar Boudarraja.

The Archive is commemorative, documentary, and educational in nature. It is not operated for profit and is not used as a commercial service.

This Policy applies to all Archive Materials published on our Websites in connection with the Archive. It covers two main situations: Archive Materials in which Identifiable Individuals appear; and Archive Materials whose copyright or related rights belong to third parties.

This Policy explains how we use and present Archive Materials, address requests from Identifiable Individuals who appear in Archive Materials, and address requests from Copyright Owners and other rightsholders.

This Policy operates alongside our Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Human Rights Policy, Accessibility Statement, Tribute Page Policy, Legacy Contribution Policy, and Impressum / Legal Notice.

4. Sources of Archive Materials

Archive Materials may originate from one or more of the following sources:

  • public and licensed television broadcasts      and programmes;

Copyright and related rights in these materials remain with the original rights holders. We do not claim new ownership of such works by including them in the Archive.

Where reasonably possible, existing credits and attributions (such as producers, broadcasters, photographers, or platforms) are preserved or added.

5. Use of Archive Materials and non-commercial nature

Archive Materials are presented for documentary, commemorative, and educational purposes only.

The Archive and our Websites are non-commercial with respect to Archive Materials. We do not sell, license, or otherwise monetise Archive Materials through the Archive.

6. Individuals appearing in Archive Materials

Some Archive Materials show Identifiable Individuals other than Kaoutar Boudarraja, including but not limited to co-hosts, actors, audience members, event participants, and members of the public.
