Tribute Page Policy

1. Introduction

This Tribute Page Policy governs the submission and publication of messages on the Tribute page dedicated to honouring the life and legacy of Kaoutar Boudarraja.

The Tribute page is part of the Kaoutar Boudarraja memorial archive (the "Archive") and is intended as a space for friends, family, colleagues, and members of the public to share thoughts, condolences, memories, and reflections.

By submitting a tribute message on the Tribute page, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

2. Definitions

For clarity, the following terms are used in this Policy:

Company ("we", "us", "our"): Soufiane Boudarraja and the Boudarraja family, acting as operators of the Archive and the related Websites.

Websites: The domains operated by the Company that host the Archive, as listed in Section 3.

Tribute Page: The dedicated page on the Websites where individuals may submit tribute messages for potential publication as part of the Archive.

Tribute: Any message or content you submit through the Tribute Page form, including text, language choice, and any name or identifier you choose to provide.

Contributor ("you", "your"): The individual submitting a Tribute.

Third Party: Any person other than you and the Company (for example, other family members, friends, colleagues, or members of the public mentioned in a Tribute).

3. Scope

This Policy applies across the digital offerings operated by the Company, including:

  • soufianeboudarraja.com (including all      pages and subdomains)

  • soufbouda.com

  • kaoboudarraja.com

  • soufiane-boudarraja.com

  • consultingbysb.com

  • boudarraja.com

This Policy applies to all Tributes submitted via the Tribute Page form or any other method clearly indicated as a submission for the Tribute Page.

This Policy does not apply to other types of contributions (for example, detailed stories, photos, videos, or documents) submitted through the "Legacy Contribution" form, which are governed by the Legacy Contribution Policy.

This Policy operates alongside our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, DMCA Policy, Human Rights Policy, Accessibility Statement, Legacy Archives Policy, and Impressum / Legal Notice.

4. Purpose and nature of the Tribute Page

The Tribute Page is intended to provide a respectful, moderated space for people to express their support, condolences, and appreciation for Kaoutar Boudarraja and her impact.

Tributes may be written in Arabic, French, English, or any other language you feel comfortable using.

The Tribute Page and the Archive are non-commercial. Tributes are used only for commemorative and documentary purposes and are not monetised.

5. Rights you grant to us

By submitting a Tribute, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • host, store, reproduce, and display the      Tribute on the Tribute Page and within the Archive;

  • adapt the Tribute for technical or      editorial reasons (for example, formatting, minor spelling corrections, or      layout adjustments); and

  • include the Tribute in current and future      memorial presentations directly connected to the Archive (for example,      curated selections, printed memorial booklets, or digital compilations).

You retain ownership of the words you submit. This Policy does not transfer copyright to us.

The licence described in this section lasts for as long as the Tribute remains part of the Archive. You may later request changes under Section 9.

6. Content standards for Tributes

Tributes should be respectful in tone and aligned with the purpose of the Tribute Page, which is to honour Kaoutar Boudarraja's life and legacy. Tributes must not contain:

  • unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or      harassing content;

  • attacks or insults directed at any person      or group;

  • commercial advertising or promotional      content;

  • sensitive personal information about Third      Parties without their consent; or

  • content that is knowingly false or      misleading.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any Tribute that, in our judgment, does not meet these standards or undermines the purpose of the Tribute Page.

7. Moderation and editorial control

All Tributes are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee that a Tribute will appear publicly on the Tribute Page. We may, at our discretion:

  • publish a Tribute as submitted;

  • edit a Tribute for clarity, length,      spelling, or formatting, while preserving its original sentiment;

  • group or reorder Tributes for presentation      purposes;

  • decline to publish a Tribute; or

  • remove a previously published Tribute.

We are not obliged to provide detailed feedback regarding moderation decisions.

8. Names, anonymity, and identification

The Tribute Page form may allow you to include your name or to submit a Tribute anonymously.

If you choose to include your name or any other identifier, you authorise us to display that name or identifier alongside your Tribute on the Tribute Page and within the Archive.

If you choose to remain anonymous, we will not intentionally display your name with the Tribute, although technical backend records may still contain your contact information as explained in Section 10.

9. Requests to update or remove a Tribute

If you have submitted a Tribute and later wish to correct, update, or remove it, use our contact page: https://www.soufianeboudarraja.com/contactand select the topic "Tribute Page" or an equivalent option. In your message, please provide:

  • the email address and name you used when      submitting the Tribute (if any);

  • the approximate date of submission and the      language used; and

  • the action you are requesting (for      example, correction, partial removal, full removal, anonymisation).

We will review your request in good faith and respond with one or more of the following:

  • confirmation that the requested change has      been made;

  • an alternative proposal (for example,      anonymisation instead of full removal); or

  • an explanation of why the Tribute must      remain unchanged (for example, where it forms part of an existing curated      memorial record).

10. Data protection

Information you provide when submitting a Tribute (for example, name, email address, and message content) will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We will use your contact details primarily to acknowledge receipt of your Tribute (where applicable), contact you if clarification is needed, and respond to any later requests under Section 9.

We will retain only the minimum necessary personal data needed to manage the Tribute Page, maintain the Archive, and comply with legal obligations.

11. No payment or compensation

Tributes are submitted on a voluntary basis. You understand and agree that you will not receive payment, royalties, or other financial compensation for any Tribute you submit, and that your Tribute is shared for the non-commercial, commemorative purposes described in this Policy.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update or modify this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Where appropriate, we may provide a notice on our Websites. Continued use of the Tribute Page after changes are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
